Bio-Oil Application

• Use firm pressure with your finger tips to rub Bio-Oil into discolored skin
• Apply 2 times a day for 3 months for best results

For daily hydration:

• Apply Bio-Oil from head to toe to lock in hydration
• Begin with a few drops of Bio-Oil and rub into the skin until fully absorbed
• Apply more as needed throughout the day

My personal experience:

I have used this product for over 2 years. This is the best oil I have ever used for dry skin. And by dry skin I mean VERY DRY SKIN. I’ve used this oil mainly on my body to reduce some of my old acne scars. And to my surprise, it worked. I wish I had some of those before&after pictures. The scars have faded and they don’t look as weird. (I am very pale, and my scars were pretty dark.. and having freckles didn’t help either. I LOOKED LIKE A DALMATIAN).

I only use it on my face during the wintertime. I love this in the cold months when my face feels drier than usual and/or chapped from cold.

This is a very light, moisturizing body oil. You don’t need to use much, a little goes a long way. Not greasy at all, leaves your skin glowy and it doesn’t clog your pores. And by glowy I mean a natural glow, not like you’re a grease ball. *in your face, coconut oil!*

One aspect that deserves special attention is the cost of Bio Oil, which runs at about $20 for over 4 ounces. At such a low price, this item is very affordable for most skin care budgets. The oil doesn’t come with paper instruction. Everything you need is at the back of the bottle. HOWEVER the fragrance in this can be too strong for some people so make sure you can try it somewhere else first.
